This house was the cutest! Set out in the country, it was beautiful. Well furnished, and well lit. There were horses and cows in the back field that we could see and sit on the patio and watch while drinking our morning coffee. The owner was extremely friendly and very accommodating. She was helpful with suggestions of what we could do in the area.

A short distance by car from Sligo Town (not even 5 minutes by car!), this accommodation was fantastically located and priced. The room was very cozy and has all the essentials. The hosts were very kind. I'll be looking this place up again next time I'm in Sligo. Class stay!

We loved the beauty of the grounds and accommodations. Our host greeted us when we pulled up and gave us a tour and history of this beautiful estate. The room was so comfortable, had everything you could possibly need. The bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. This is an amazing place and also is used as a venue.

EVERYTHING (deliberately in capital letters). This is a phenomenal hotel and undoubtedly the most spectacular place we've ever visited. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was amazing and we already can't wait to go back. We would highly recommend the Markee Castle to ANYONE.

Her experience and attention to detail shines throughout this luxurious Guest House. Very welcoming, spotless throughout and bedrooms are very well kitted out with all the facilities that you would find in a top class facility. Her breakfasts are delicious 😋 with a great selection available. Well done and we highly recommend a stay here .
