When we got to our room there was a strange odor and upon reporting our concern the staff immediately changed us to a new room which was great. The location of this hotel is great as there is a huge park across the street with miles of walking paths, playgrounds, dog park, etc. We really appreciated the punctuality of the airport shuttle (huge bus so no need to worry there won't be a seat). We used the hotel gym which had good equipment that was all in working order. Had dinner in the restaurant--service was very good and the chicken tikka was great but the pasta w/pesto sauce was terrible. We paid for the breakfast to be included and that was fabulous--tons of choices from the buffet or they will make dishes to order.

Location is excellent for taking flights out of Dublin. They have a shuttle, which was great. Food was pretty good. Common areas (lobby, bar, outside) were nice and we enjoyed using them. Staff was friendly and helpful.
