Leonardo Hotel Tiberias is a few steps from the Sea of Galilee, a 10-minute walk from central Tiberias. Rooms are spacious and air conditioned. They all feature cable TV, a desk and a minibar. - Breakfast was really good and in general well balanced and varied! Just the coffee machines are not so good, the coffee does not come out as hot as it should and the flavor so so... and when bigger groups are at the dinning area, they are so hard to access! - Rooms were really spacious and clean, and I was given a good upgrade for what I asked through Booking! Beds were clean, comfortable and good pillows! - So grateful for the chocolates, water and wine given =) - bathroom was good, missing the magnifying mirror with light, and the balancing of the cold and hot water was a bit tricky, to get to a middle temperature, - HOSPITALITY of Manager and staff was pretty good! Nati the General Manager really made sure our stay was pleasant making sure our needs were met and providing a quality and amicable service in general, great cappuchinos at the reception area!!! we also appreciated the parking space in the Hotel We enjoyed our stay and would love to be back!

Run down city which has clearly passed its great days as a bathing down. Everything looks half broken, would not recommend to stay there longer. Nazareth is much livelier and Safes much prettier. Other spots at lake Genezareth offer much nicer beaches. Top hotels first row in Tiberias seem nice, but don’t expect much from the city itself.

Tiberias is thelargest town around the sea of Galalae. We found tiberias to have beautiful scenery, situated on a slope I found navigating around by car extremely easy. Good location, off road parking, lovely food, extremely clean and comfortable rooms. Great advice from David about the things we should look out for and recommendations! A great location to stay when visiting the holy sites. David’s hostel is a must!

Great for traveling around however this place is geared up for groups and as independent travellers we did find hold-ups sometimes. Driving is diabolical in towns like Nazareth or Cana and parking is a nightmare unless you get lucky.

Great location, extremely central. Private, quiet. There is a jacuzzi bath but the boiler didn't provide enough hot water to completely fill it, even after a long time heating. I hadn't noticed the 100 NIS cleaning fee in the small print - watch out for that!

Local people are friendly, and it's close to downtown Tiberius so walking was easy. There are less people that speak English than I expected, so getting around may have challenges if your relying on local advice. But if you persist you'll find those who speak good English.

All rooms with lake view. Built in such a way that you don't see your neighbour's balcony. Excellent breakfast buffet, the best one we had during our stay in Israel. Parking was free and if there was no vacancy in the hotel yard we always found a parking place nearby. The pool was great with an underwater window to take pictures of your family while they are swimming, very nice! We used the indoor fitness for a small extra amount and enjoyed it. Very nice hotel also for families!

Also when we had an issue with our check-in, car parking and restaurant booking, Odelia (the manager on duty) was very friendly, calm, and helpful.
