The room was well maintained and the decor was beyond all expectations. The hotel has a huge parking facility and the restaurant serves some of the most delicious food in bhubaneshwar. One earnest request to the ones reading my review is that if you like the hotel please do rate them, coz this is truly one of the best places to stay. One minor thing - the location is a little outside the city, on the puri highway and opposite to the stupa road. Can be challenging if you don’t have a vehicle at your disposal (cannot comment about taxi availability)

We get there by chance, in between our stay in itc hotel because that hotel was not having availability for one night. We liked it Welina so much that we cancelled our remaining days in the itc and stayed in Welina in total for about 8 days. We loved how nice and close the staff is, how clean and tidy was everything, the food at the buffet and restaurant in general. Also it is in a great location: just crossing the street you can find several restaurants, cafes with live music, etc.

Bhubaneswar has many beautiful temples and historic caves that are definitely worth visiting. However, travel during March, April, and May can be quite challenging due to the intense heat. Guests are strongly advised to book air-conditioned rooms. It is best to avoid outdoor visits between 11 AM and 3 PM and plan sightseeing during early mornings or evenings. For safety and comfort, choose good vegetarian restaurants and always prefer bottled drinking water.

Nothing much to watch expect few Temples, Due to Monday...

Nothing much to watch expect few Temples, Due to Monday every thing was closed. I could not utilised my stay. One Mukteshwara Temple a great place for a whole day stay. Lingraj Temple is NOTHING just Lootkhoro ka adda.

Excellent stay, friendly and attentive staff who could not do enough to help us. We are particularly grateful to the staff, (Animesh, Biswajit, Riya, Shreya, Rishav, Neil, Kaustab, and Sumit), who took care of us during our many breakfasts and dinners at the hotel restaurant. The buffet selections are always changing and we appreciated the nice mix of Indian and international cuisines available. The hotel also arranged a wonderful driver, Nilu, who took us to Konark for the day. Overall this is a fantastic hotel which we would not hesitate to recommend.

Avoid November to 20-Jan, it's the mad rush season.

Avoid November to 20-Jan, it's the mad rush season. And do visit the hidden gems of lesser known temples. Try Nuanai Ecoresort near Puri, it is a nice & calm place with good food and a beach all your own.

In all the Temples in Puri Jeganath and the Lingaraj Temple...

In all the Temples in Puri Jeganath and the Lingaraj Temple in Bhubaneshwar the Pujaris are money minded only, for heaven sake please don't have any conversations with the Pujaris, we really enjoyed the architecture of Konark Temple designed as a chariot which was built in 12th century worth to visit this place.

Bhubaneshwer is beautiful place with rich number of trees and plants ,appreciations toBhubaneshwer municipal corporation ,maintaining cleanliness rather than so many other cities Just we suffered in puri Jagannath temple Bhagavan darshanamu,no proper system like balaji thirumala temple andhra pradesh . Most of brokers , are there , including pandits and few villagers ,if govt looks this matter ,odisha become good tourist place

Clean and specious room. Calm environment. I had a family trip to Bhubaneswar during Rathyatra time and stayed in this homestay. Property is very specious and clan in clam surrounding. Just 1km walkable distance from AIIMS Hospital. Apart from bedroom which is air-conditioned this Property also have separate dining area, kitchen and hall. This Property is an excellent choice for family or group travel.

Happy to see a world class hotel in Bhubaneswar finally. Centrally located, easily accessible, friendly staff and good food and service with rooms overlooking the age old holy city of bhubaneswar. If not for the lack inclusion of Odia representative dishes in its dinner buffet spread and representation for odia cultural componenets in the hotel.
