Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Location is very easy and posh. The interiors are very well kept and the staff is very helpful. There is an extra set of slippers available in the shoe rack. The toilet is also super clean and there is a hair dryer available as well.

I like the architecture, every angle of the property is styled uniquely, and the staffs I really liked them and they are so friendly and they were always ready to help. I would like to mention Mr. krishkana, Mr. parshib and Ms. Sunita. Worth to stay here just for design. They’ve done a terrific refurnishing of the building. Simply wow. Loved the rooftop bar and restaurant. Stellar staff complements it all.

Staff was friendly. Jayant was very helpful in ordering food and allowing me to pay staff in cash rather than download an app I'm not likely to use that much. Great location, especially considering I'd never been to Kolkata before and didn't know where would be good. Oh, and there's an EXCELLENT little library.
