We loved our stay at Bawarri Haveli, and thought it was the perfect base to explore the sights during our 3 night stay. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, including a good hot shower. The place is spread over a few stories, with a great seating/lounge area and then a brilliant rooftop restaurant. It's actually a lovely spot to watch the sunrise and have breakfast. We had dinner here twice as well, which was tasty and reasonably priced. The owner and staff are so friendly and even helped us book onwards travel to Udaipur, and made some great recommendations for the town. The hotel is a little bit out of the old city but that means you get the great view from the terrace, and it's probably a bit quieter. Overall a great hotel and a lovely stay, for the price I doubt you'll be able to find better in town!
