Stayed 7 nights. Very well designed apartment with bed area, nice table and sofa area, kitchenet with everything required and bathroom. Modern, comfortable, clean. Attentive staff. Good services nearby: ATM, supermarket, restaurants (segundo bairro rest. is a must). A good motorway type road just outside makes it easy to travel all over Goa. Noise is minimal and not a problem.

I stayed at the premium sea view room. The room is great with an exceptional view. The three way surrounded balcony was awesome. Other nice things about the hotel include the location, the pretty garden and antique decor.

Breakfast was decent not great but should do for travellers in goa. Location is far off from the crowded north goa locations (Agoda, Calungate etc) but quite close to the panaji old town (Vanguinim is at walking distance and Miramar beach).
