I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hanata Hotel, and it was truly a wonderful experience. Being a brand new property, everything felt fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. What stood out the most was the attention to detail—from the stylish interiors to the cozy atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I can remember some names Mr. Abishek and Christina and Anju and Abirami from front desk. The overall ambiance of the hotel is calm and relaxing, perfect for both short and long stays. It’s clear that a lot of effort has gone into making this place special. I would definitely recommend Hanata Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and modern place to stay. Looking forward to visiting again!

Dining at their restaurants especially Malabar cafe was another highlight; the food was outstanding, with a variety of options Whether it's for relaxation or exploration, Grand Hyatt Kochi is the ideal destination. It’s a property that sets the gold standard for hospitality, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay in Kochi.

Breakfast was good . The ambience in the bar and restaurant also very good .

Everything was just right. All amenities available. It was the perfect, comfortable stay within walking distance of the airport. Food was amazing, and well priced. Service was professional and courteous.

I absolutely love this place! It’s so handy for the airport, right on the main road with brilliant parking. The rooms are wonderfully spacious. I had an early check-out, so I missed breakfast there, but there are loads of options nearby if you fancy a little stroll for food. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stay close to the airport – do give it a go!

Staff behaviour, cleanliness, international standard

Excellent location. I have used this hotel for many but this time the stay exceeded my expectations. The rooms have recently been renovated and are super comfortable.
