Dear Conrad Pune Management Team, I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional experience my wife and I had during our stay on January 8th, 2026. This was a dual celebration for us—my wife’s birthday and our wedding anniversary—and thanks to your incredible team, it was a day we will cherish forever. I want to specifically recognize Miss Rashi and her dedicated team. From the moment I reached out via email to coordinate the booking, Rashi was professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay special. The surprise room decorations were absolutely stunning and far exceeded our expectations. Every detail—from the floral arrangements to the personalized gestures—showcased the high level of hospitality that Conrad is known for. It is rare to find a team that executes a vision so perfectly, and Rashi’s team did just that with warmth and grace. The service throughout our stay was impeccable. Every staff member we encountered made us feel like valued guests, but the personal touch provided by Rashi truly made the difference. We left feeling deeply satisfied and incredibly impressed by the standards of service at your Koregaon Park property. Please share this feedback with Rashi and the rest of the team. They are a credit to the Conrad brand and deserve to be celebrated for their hard work and hospitality. We look forward to visiting you again soon! Warm regards, Mr.Rizwan Apradh Hayat Enterprises & Associates 9175671869 / 8600041506
