Looks from outside and from the incident like a small castle! Big rooms that are renovated but style was kept intact. Bathroom is very clean new and modern. Bed is big and comfortable. Breakfast was good, various meals and great coffee. In summer should be wonderful - with multiple hiking trails, swimming pool, huge outdoor area, and 10 minutes drive to both Piza and Lucca.

Brilliant ambiance and accommodation

I had a very enjoyable stay at this historic hotel in Tuscany and was delighted to be among the first guests following its reopening. The hotel's greatest strength is undoubtedly its location. It is perfectly positioned for exploring Tuscany, with easy access to Lucca, Pisa, Siena and Florence, while also providing a peaceful base from which to discover the many hidden gems of the surrounding countryside. What stood out most to me was the character and history of the property. The spacious rooms, charming atmosphere and beautiful setting create a unique experience that is increasingly rare to find. While the hotel is still in the early stages of its new chapter, it is clear that there is tremendous potential for the future. The hospitality I received throughout my stay was warm and genuine. The staff were consistently helpful, attentive and welcoming, and their kindness contributed greatly to the overall enjoyment of my visit. I believe this property has all the foundations to become a truly special destination with continued care and investment. It was a pleasure to witness the beginning of that journey, and I look forward to returning in the future to see how it continues to develop and flourish.

A lovely and comfortable stay where the staff couldn’t do enough for you. We only stayed a night as we were doing a day in Pisa but would really recommend. Also included breakfast which we weren’t expecting.

Perfect location - just in the heart of the city. Friendly staff.

Friendly staff; excellent location close to city centre. Five minutes walk to regional train station. Two minutes to leaning tower and tourist district.

Great, beautiful hotel. Very comfortable rooms and good breakfast. indoor, gated garden area great for dogs. Location is perfect. private on-site parking.

Location is super great, within 1 min walk to the tower; the hotel owner is very nice and friendly, and the reception room is cute and since it is not near the major street, it is relatively quite here actually.

Every thing was perfect! Comfortable, clean, very good service, excellent staff!
