This Place is simply amazing. The apartment is cozy and very well furnished, privacy is guaranteed while having an amazing view. The Staff is very kind and helpful, there is a private parking, Swimming Pool, there is a direct access to rent a boat as well a guest dedicated access to the Lake pier for yoga and sun bathing. I also liked the street to access the property, narrow, and immerse in the local vegetation. Defintely reccomended :)

The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the charming town and enjoy the serene beauty of the lake. Every detail of the apartment was thoughtfully curated, making it a perfect retreat after our daily adventures. However, the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly our host, Rita. Having traveled the world, we've never encountered a host quite like her. Rita is not only incredibly helpful but also a genuinely remarkable person. Her kindness and attention to detail were evident from the moment we arrived. She provided us with invaluable local tips and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Rita’s willingness to assist us with recommendations for not just Como/Bellagio/Menagio but for other destinations in Italy truly set her apart. Her world-class hospitality made us feel like we were staying with a dear friend rather than just a host. Every interaction with her left us feeling welcomed and cared for. Our experience in Nest Blevio was made unforgettable by the combination of the stunning apartment and Rita's extraordinary hospitality. Beautiful apartment with most amazing view of the lake. The conservatory and patio were amazing. The apartment is very big with a great kitchen and lovely and warm. Parking is a bit tight to get into if you have an SUV but doable. Lovely little shop next door and bus to Como/Bellagio right outside. Is a little noisy as right on the road but traffic doesn’t seem to start until 7am and stops by 11pm. There are 3 flights of stairs so not good if you have loads of luggage or disability but so worth it for the view.

Beautiful view and very good location for exploring the Lake Como area. Blevio is also greatvas itbis close to Comonitswlf but you are out ofnthe hustle and bustle. Great restaurants close and a ferry port. And there is a garage for the rental which few places have.

Nice restaurant/bar near the hotel. Also the ferry stop is only 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Buses go twice per hour, but sometimes they are crowded and won't stop. Next time I'd definitely rent a scooter or small motorbike ;)

Beautiful view of lake Como and closely located to Como for...

Beautiful view of lake Como and closely located to Como for easy access by bus. Whilst Blevio does have its own ferry port, it is rarely used and you must travel to neighbouring Torno or Como for travel further away. Restaurants are amazing, would highly recommend Momi for the service, quality of food and location on the edge of the lake.

Although small Blevio has some lovely views and a fantastic restaurant ‘Momi’. It also has a small boat dock to take the boat to como and other areas of the lake. Well connected with public buses aswell.

The Mandarin Oriental is a beautiful property nestled right on the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner on the veranda of L'Aria. The food was excellent and the staff was friendly and attentive. Will definitely go back our next time in Como.

Great location, scenery fantastic with a view of Lake Como. We very much recommend here. We actually were going to rent in Bellagio, but decided to try here because of the apartments location and accessibility to other towns and ferries around the lake to explore. So glad we did! Too many people in Bellagio and too touristy. We rented 2 apartments, one for ea. couple. Kitchens well stocked for breakfast, drinks and snacks for our arrival and stay. Clean and cute apartments. It is on a busy road, but quiet with the windows closed. We all enjoyed sitting on the decks in the morning with our coffees. Exercise equipment available. Luca our Host was exceptional and very friendly and helpful; willing to answer all of our questions when we whatsapp'd from afar. The only draw back, we had a larger car as there were 4 of us and parking was extremely tight getting into and out of the gated parking area. The 1st night another car was in the parking area and maneuvering out was a challenge. We eventually parked on the street instead because we kept hitting the shrubs and I was concerned about the car getting scratched. A smaller car would have been fine. All 4 of us recommend these apartments in Blevio.

View is outstanding The pool was lovely and a great temperature and easy to relax on sun beds on the second two days we were there Ferry stop is a ten minute walk and handy to get to places that have a bit more going on (there really is nothing in Blevio) My Home in como team were great and really responsive throughout the booking process and our stay Did I mention the view…. 😍😍
