A very nice stay. For a hotel with only 2 star was more than nice. The staf not necesarily english speaker but well intentoned allways willing to help. Nice clean room recently renovated. We had the room ontop of the reception and we had a huge terace. A very good breakfast with only 5 euro can be taken upon request. Great parking Overall a good experience

Amazing, modern, designer rooms in a rural setting. Swimming pool, jacuzzi right outside the property. Very comfy bed, great bathroom. Sometimes design features have to compromise with comfort but that is not the case here. We’ve probably stayed in over 200 booking.com rooms over the years, in many countries and this has to be in our top 10. Easy to find with great parking. To top it all they make their own cider (the 4% one we had was lovely); and our wonderful host Maia ordered takeaway pizzas for us after our long drive to get there. Top place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Cervia, but only 10 mins drive when you want that.

The host was very welcoming and although I don't speak much Italian, he made it easy to communicate, he even gave me a tour of the garden and gave me some of his products. The room is big and very comfortable, the bathroom as well. The place and linen was clean. Food and all drinks you can immagine are available 24/7. You even get a fridge/freezer in the room, which is very convenient. There is AC if needed, and also a good ceiling fan for circulation.

Lovely room, ground floor (requested), parking available, dog friendly with a super host and amazing breakfast. The location was ideal for my hubby with his walking stick as nice and flat. Lovely stroll to see the apricot orchards, there is a launderette (end of the road, ideal if travelling) a pharmacy and the fabulous 'Pizzeria Margherita'. This is a great location to stop on the way to Ancona for the ferry or in our case last stop before Switzerland.

The accommodation was absolutely amazing and completely exceeded my expectations. It truly felt like paradise on Earth! The room was beautiful and everything was exceptionally clean. The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made us feel completely at home. You can also tell that he has a great eye for aesthetics, as the entire property is beautifully designed and maintained. The property itself is stunning, the pool is large and perfect for relaxing, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. It’s the ideal place to unwind and enjoy some peace and quiet, especially since it’s adults-only. The location is also great – only about a 10-minute drive from the sea, with several excellent restaurants nearby. It was truly the perfect getaway, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. 🤍
