The view is breathtaking and the balcony gets sun in the afternoon. The location is perfect for skiing, right on the slope to the village and a few steps from the chair of Cielo Alto. There is however a 1k walk to get to the main street in Cervinia. The owner is helpful, always available and a pleasure to deal with.
