Everything. It’s a well designed and super stylish property which is well equipped. It’s also really comfortable and the location was ideal for us. Great off street secure parking, 2 bedrooms, well equipped kitchen. The host was super helpful and gave us a tour of the property. We only stayed for one night and would happily stay again for longer.

We absolutely loved this place. Originally, we booked one night only, but as soon as we checked in, we decided to stay for one more. Everything was perfect - the entire house, our room, the garden, the pool... We spent a wonderful evening by the pool enjoying house rosé and some tasty nibbles. Breakfast was amazing, too, with a choice of local salamis, pastry, and a few sweet options. The staff was lovely and very helpful. Highly highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel comfortable from the very first moment. Their hospitality truly stood out and added a special touch to our experience. We especially appreciated the helpful recommendations they gave us for places to visit nearby. A good choice for a weekend in this area of Tuscany, in Cascina, which is an easy drive from Pisa or Lucca. Room was a basic business hotel room. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Francesca and his father are very kind and helpful. The house is amazing, very big and beautiful, clean. Pisa is about 10 minutes by car. It is recommended to rent a car. Excellent accommodation!
