The hotel was overall a good choice – clean, nice and comfortable. We stayed on the 4th floor with a beautiful view. The staff were super friendly, spoke English with us and gave us such good vibes throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious and quite varied, with plenty of options. Another big plus was the free and unlimited water available in the hotel – very convenient. Location is also good, about 20–30 minutes’ walk to the city center, which for us was totally fine. The restaurant right next to the hotel was another highlight – fair prices, tasty food and very friendly waiters.

Room, breakfast, employees. Everything was great.

Villa Neroli is a wonderful place to stay in Florence. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained, while the rooms are comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere is relaxing and charming, yet it is still a great base for exploring Florence. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Very delicious breakfast, great service, loved to stay at the pool to relax, directly access from the room was perfect. Great shuttle car service at the hotel for just about 5 euro per person which was much cheaper than taxi, there were also a bus stop 200m from the hotel, easy to take the bus to centrum. It’s very clean, new towels everyday, perfect. Would highly recommend!

Great cosy hotel, very friendly personnel, ideal location for us: just 20min away from the old town (Uffizi) and very close to normal.shops. Last but not least, they have neighbour cute cat visiting the hotel :).

Localita, availability of parking, good breakfast, helpful staff, calm nights

Friendliest staff ever experienced!

The hotel was very beautiful and very clean. The staff was great and it only takes 5-7 minutes to take taxi to city center. We had a great stay!

Perfect location close to main centre but very serene

Was extremely amazing, the breakfast quality was excellent , quiet rooms and very clean, the staff was very friendly and highly professional.

Rooms were beautiful and immaculate, beautifully designed. The hotel itself was beautiful and with perfect Tuscany charm. Enjoying river view at every breakfast and sunset at dinner are perfect ways to start the day and wind down after a day of touring. Breakfast was good and the hotel prepared fresh fruit juices every morning and brought them to the table specifically for the guests (unlike some where fruit juices were just produced in bulk and placed on buffet bar table). Staff were attentive and joyful - happy staff happy place! Prior to our arrival we requested the hotel to make a few restaurant reservations and we were presented with a professionally prepared typed up letter with details of all the reservations. These are the little details that differentiate a true five star hotel from a mediocre one. We loved the place so much and it's by far one of the best 5 stars hotel we've stayed at.

Everything! The SMELL, The garden, the atmosphere even the weather;)

Beautiful hotel in old palazzo in Santa Croce district. Luxurious rooms, great breakfast and bar. Excellent staff througout. This was our fourth visit and we will return to this hotel. I took us 20 years to find this gem in Florence and we 'plan to stay anywhere else.

Incredible property, interior design, gardens, pool area, bars and restaurant and overall facilities world class. The best staff we have come across, anywhere in the world. Amazing food, beautiful rooms, Congratulations, absolutely perfect!

The breakfast was amazing, both in food excellence and the location, really unique should I say. Every place, suite or facility is thought to meet the elegance typical of Florence.

My fiancee brought me here for our first vacation together as an engaged couple and we absolutely loved this place and its staff. Everything was perfect. We definitely recommend this place and would come back. Martin&Klara

A perfect Italian villa experience — hospitality, interior, park, food, everything excellent!

Maria checked us in and she was so accommodating. After a hectic day of travel with a delayed train, she made our day by upgrading us to the terrace room. This room was amazing, super spacious, a lovely terrace and a jacuzzi bath in the room. Thank you Maria 😃

It’s close proximity to the city centre. It is 15mins away on foot from all the historic places to visit. We came by car and it was very convenient to be near the centre yet not inside it which facilities the driving and the parking. The hotel room was very spacious. I loved the shower as the water pressure was very strong :). The breakfast although small it was good and varied with really tasty sweet pies.

Pet friendly, easy late check in, large room.

the hotel staff were pleasant, and the vibe in general was quite classy and comfortable. there's a park opposite the hotel which offers really nice views. highly recommend this hotel!
