The property is super nice. It was a bit difficult to find an entrance at first, but afterwards we really liked it. Flat is spacious and newly renovated. Great location with available parking nearby.

We loved our short stay at casa della Cindy. It’s quirky but beautiful, perfect for a small group of friends (no double bed). Luciano met us at the apartment and showed us all the features, and was so nice and helpful. It’s s bit like staying in an alpine chalet, with amazing views and a very charming interior. I wish we had stayed for longer. If I’m in that area again I will definitely stay there again.

We had an absolutely amazing time here! The little beach just below the property down the stairs is a true hidden gem, it’s peaceful, beautiful, and the perfect spot to relax and swim. The location is near Varenna but still relaxed and quiet. The apartment itself is super charming, with everything you need. The balcony is lovely, perfect for breakfast in the morning. The village is also cute and full of character. What really made our stay unforgettable was the host. He was always available and incredibly kind. When we had unexpected car trouble, he totally helped us. We would come back in a heartbeat. This place is a real treasure!

Excellent care from the very friendly owner of the property who is very helpful! We are very grateful :) Beautiful location, the chalet is freshly renovated, the owner has taken excellent care of the details and ecology. You can see that the host has put a lot of heart into this property. Being able to sort rubbish and put organic waste in the composter - took our hearts. Thank you for everything! And we heartily recommend this place :)

The chalet was beautiful, offered an excellent view over the lake and was in a great location. It is only a few minutes from the railway station and a bakery and supermarket. It is also very quiet and right next to the car park starts a small hiking trail with a beautiful view over the lake. The facilities were also stunning and the price/performance ratio was simply unbeatable. The owner Donato was super nice and dealt with our concerns immediately. He also provided a small handbook with all the important information about the chalet and recommendations for local restaurants!

A big, spacious house with everything you need to live there. The house is welcoming - it felt like home. Our family had more than enough space. Chicken and bathroom with all you need, 2 bedrooms with 4 beds, large livingroom... You only need to bring your clothes and a good mood. :) The owners gave us all the necessary information at every step. It was very nice of them to surprise us with a bottle of wine and some goods from the house. Access was easy. It was very important that we had a parking place near, as well as a yard where we could stay in the evening. A quiet neighborhood. It was nice to walk by the lake and see how the locals live. Alexa was fun! :) We missed her... We loved the place and felt very comfortable there.

Great accomodation in Dervio, highly recommended. Tastefully decorated appartments with fully equipped kitchens. We appreciated the free parking spots since parking can be a challenge in Italian towns. Close enough to the train station, ferry station and some restaurants. Excellent communication with the host who gave us some great tips about what to see and where to eat. Wonderful and spacious courtyard to relax.

Staf was great and helpful, cleaning staff was great and...

Staf was great and helpful, cleaning staff was great and helpful also, the rooms were large and clean, there could be more amenyties like more pots and better glases, wine glases were OK other could be better, same goes for plates, there were no kitchen towels for drying the diahes, but this is just a recommendation that did not affect our stay. It is a great accomodation.

We have friends who live in Dervio and visit every few years...

We have friends who live in Dervio and visit every few years. It is a charming town, has most necessary amenities (parks, restaurants, gas station, grocery store, our favorite pizza place) and is situated on Lake Como with a lovely walking path along the lake. It's not as hectic and crowded as many towns on the east coast of Lake Como. It's a good place to stay for a peaceful overnight with easy access to the more touristy places during the day.

Dervio is a small quiet town with friendly people.

Dervio is a small quiet town with friendly people. Sail boating is very famous here and people from all over the world come here for that during the season. The restaurant Urban Fish by the lake is run by locals and is recommended. There was a wine tasting festival with live music and visit to the family wine cellars when we were there in mid September.

As we stayed in winter, we didn't expect to find so many...

As we stayed in winter, we didn't expect to find so many restaurants closed in the evening. Fortunately we found one opened 30 minutes away driving. Quiet small town, good to relax or trekking. After we explored the area other cities around were also interesting and some prettier. Dervio is good to stay and relax while visiting other cities around the lake Como.

Very nice and quiet apartment!

Very nice and quiet apartment! Perfect place to discover the Como lake. Perfect hospitality and very nice and clean apartment. In the front of the house the Italian traditional shop with the very good Italian food. The apartment is high recommendable !!!! Thank you

Many people go to Como town to see the Como lake.

Many people go to Como town to see the Como lake. But in Dervio you can find much more magnificent view on the lake and the mountains. You can also experience some water activity and enjoy the nature without so many tourists

It was really great staying in Casa Nora! The owner of the house was very polite and kind! Photos of the rooms are not so good, as everything is in reality. Rooms were very clean. It was really warm in the house. The view from the window was gorgeous: to the lake and mountains)) Kitchen was full of different useful stuff. There were 5 beds (4 of them very comfortable and 1 was old). I’m so happy, that we choose these apartment) Dervio is not so touristic place as others, but it was really easy to get to Bellano and Varenna by train)

The host was extremely helpful with check in, as we were very late to arrive. He even offered us some late night snacks. The place is 25 minutes walk to dervio station. Quiet and relaxing place on the hill in front of lake como and opposite La taverna restaurant.
