Everything was amazing! The staff were very friendly and made us feel at home from the first day. They went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. The location was unbeatable with the beach directly in front of the hotel. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful, relaxing and pleasant stay in Lake Como.

Very convenient location, in Bellano, close to all attractions, but less crowded. Hotel right next to the train station, not far from the ferry station and the promenade - great! In addition, very nice owners, smiling, for breakfast they went to the bakery for warm brioche! There is everything in the room, good price-quality ratio

Beautiful place and service

A clean and modern hotel. The room was well equipped and had plenty of toiletries. Air conditioning is a must in summer! The air conditioning had a wide range of controls.The sounds of the street were barely audible in the room, which was great for a sensitive sleeper! Lovely little balcony with a view of the lake. Varied and rich breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It is a great place. We only stayed one night but it would be a great place to base yourself to explore the area. The staff were cheerful and helpful and the food was delicious. They had plenty of parking with a garage for motorcycles. Views into the mountains around. The road up to the hotel is quite steep and twisting but for me on a motorcycle it was enjoyable. A great find and if I’m ever in the area I’ll definitely be back.

Family atmosphere and great service

Great location on the shore of the lake. Easy to get to from the train station. Felt like we were on a cruise as our room opened to a balcony on the water. Very helpful staff. Lovely restaurant on site with range of regional dishes and picturesque views. One of the nicest places we have stayed in Italy.

Great location, in a small & historic village up on the hill. Apartment had everything we needed plus a great view. Rita & Kirsty were so helpful, picking us up from the station & organizing taxis back from Varenna and Rita's in-house dinners & breakfast were great. A really memorable experience.

The location was fantastic and the view from the rooms were amazing! Mine and my husband’s favourite hotel we stayed in whilst on honeymoon. Not to mention the delicious food at the hotel restaurant!

Design, amenities, spa and pool and the lake view

It was perfect - all staff helped us specially Mateo Perfect place to stay - it’s not crowded and you have all attention of staff on you 👌

The room was very clean and beautiful! Very nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Nice view from the windows! The breakfast was fabulous and the staff very helpful and kind! The hotel was very quite and with a beautiful garden with tables. The parking also was very good and with door that closes at night.

We stayed at a spacious comfortable “Dependance” room, in an annex building to the hotel. Beautiful view to the lake. No need to climb stairs. Very good breakfast. Good restaurant just beside the hotel, where we had a nice dinner. Titi and his son Luigi, from the family who owns the hotel, are very friendly.
