Beautiful place and service

Very kind staff, beautiful, clean rooms.The breakfast was excellent.

The owner, Sara , was extremely helpful and kind , she gave me a map and marked where cafes were . The breakfast was very good , with some lovely touches , like fruit kebabs . She made a lot of effort to help her guests feel welcome.

Very helpful lady at the reception, helped us book a taxi despite a general strike. All as advertised.

For a stopover, we used this hotel for one night and we had a friendly and helpful welcome at the front desk. Excellent room, lovely (but cold) pool and breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Free and easy parking also.

Small, cozy and quiet hotel in the city center. Close to shops, restaurants and the lake. Clean rooms. Great breakfast. Great service from all the staff. I will definitely come back again.

This hotel is new, beautiful and very comfortable! Bed comfy, bathroom outstanding - coffee, fridge & all that you need! Location is excellent - walking distance to many restaurants and ferry stop. Staff are amazing - friendly, helpful and go the extra mile. Free parking was great!

Simple room but everything is high quality. Bed is so comfortable. everything in the washroom is nice. And staff so friendly. Food is also quite good. Only one thing, If you wanna reach here be sure you r a good driver. But everything worth it.

We recently spent 5 days at this wonderful family hotel and had an absolutely awesome experience! The warm and welcoming atmosphere made our stay truly special. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Papa and Mama in the kitchen treated us to delicious handmade pasta, creating a homey and authentic culinary experience. Mattia and his sister provided perfect service, attending to every detail with genuine care. The facilities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for our family vacation. First of all, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to David and Tina. You two are the most amazing hosts we have EVER met. You made our entire trip exceptionally special and unforgettable. Staying at your place truly felt like being at home. Not to mention, the room and food were phenomenal, and the service was impeccable, scoring a perfect 100/100. Due to the delays in our flight and train schedules, we only managed to reach Menaggio around midnight. At that hour, taxis and public transportation were unavailable to take us to our accommodation. Thankfully, when we contacted the hotel, they went above and beyond to arrange a ride for us. Upon our arrival, not only did they waive the late check-in fee, but they also kindly offered us drinks, recognizing the exhaustion we felt after the long journey. This experience set a positive tone for our trip, and we sincerely value their assistance. In addition, the breakfast each morning is delectable, and our absolute favorite is their CAPPUCCINO. We got to have dinner at the hotel for two nights in a row, and the experience was just as enjoyable. It’s worth noting that dinner times are consistently bustling at the hotel. We also had the chance to meet some wonderful individuals during our stay, which truly contributed to the homely ambiance. During our last day, David and Tina surprised us with a free ride down to the city centre (their is no public transport on a Sunday). Their thoughtful gesture left us nearly speechless, and we are incredibly grateful for everything they’ve done. Without a doubt, if our travels bring us back to Menaggio, we will eagerly return to their establishment. Our heartfelt thanks for making our stay truly exceptional!

The hotel has good location, close access to Como lake, the restaurant is pretty good and the food is tasty, buffet breakfast is quite good with all the essentials.

Everything was clean. Good location. The hotel staff was polite and even helped us with charging our electric car.
