My partner and I rarely write reviews, for privacy reasons. But we are making an exception for this exceptional property. Location: perfect, overlooking the cathedral Square, with the bells ringing out every morning. Room: is really an apartment, with separate spare bedroom, small hallway with Bar fridge, and large spotlessly clean new bathroom. Extra: beautiful ceiling artwork in main bedroom, as depicted. Breakfast: very substantial, and served with great elegance in the room. Hosts: charming, and nothing too much trouble. Price: very reasonable in early November 2024.

Excellent host - Valeria was so kind and helpful. We arrived in a storm and she assisted our arrival to the apartment. The apartment was spotless and our beds were made the next day! Lovely to have an extra shared sitting room. Very good heating ( radiators and air heater) that was needed on that stormy night. Great location. Luigi kindly recommended local restaurants.

Enna is a beautiful city with a lot of culture.

Enna is a beautiful city with a lot of culture. It has 9 churches all different. The residents are very friendly. Very good food especially at Ariston restaurant. And very good ice creams too. There are a lot of beautiful walks with amazing views especially at sunset. But the best part is the quantity of different birds and butterflies, haven't seen so many in ages.

Enna has been called the "navel" of Sicily due to its...

Enna has been called the "navel" of Sicily due to its central location, and proximity to ancient sites, churches, Mount Etna, Ortigia and more. There are many beautiful and historic sites to walk around and through such as the Duomo di Enna, Castello di Lombardia, Rocca di Cerera, and of course the narrow streets off the main road. And a must to see is the Villa Roman del Casale with its stunning mosaics.

Enna is a nice town, but not the top location in Sicily that...

Enna is a nice town, but not the top location in Sicily that I had expected. A visit to the restaurant Tommy's Wine (don’t be misled by the name or the appearance of the establishment) is a true experience in Enna and definitely worth it

I went in October and it was quiet with not a whole to do...

I went in October and it was quiet with not a whole to do here. The restaurant I dined at was pleasant and food was good, the staff were really nice and local people were friendly. The town didn't suit me, especially in a place like Sicily where there are so many beautiful places to visit. Enna looks stunning from the highway perched high on a plateau and the streets are nice to walk. But it's not worth a night in my opinion.

We were really looking forward to this hotel but the staff were disappointing Our safe didn’t work, we had no tea in our room and had to go and ask for some. The swimming pool had cables in it for the cleaning machine and the bar didn’t have any white wine (in Sicily) The town Enna is beautiful and well worth a visit but should be noted that the station is around 5km away. We asked out hotel if they could arrange a taxi and even offered some money €20 if somebody could take us down from the staff but they wouldn’t

It is a very nice place - a big room with the corridor, it's clean and very comfortable. We really liked surroundings, especially the lake with flamings (we saw them by the end of December), but also the hotel's terrain. Very tasty big breakfast and free parking, which in Sicily isn't a standard - we appreciate!😉 good communication with the owner, highly recommended 👌

Beautiful location. Room was well appointed and spacious. Shower was great! Proprietors were very welcoming and hospitable. Breakfast was good. The property itself is a historic building in the centre of this ancient town. Enna itself is a great location for exploring all of Sicily and, at 1,000 metres above sea level, affords some spectacular views..

Fabrizio was an excellent host. We had a tire puncture in our. rental car about an hour outside Enna. He arranged for a taxi to pick us up with a van suitable for our party and luggage. Breakfast and service was excellent. One of our best stays in Sicily. Highly recommend.

We stayed there in november during Sicily Divide cycle trip. Enna is cold in november and the apartment had nice automatic heating. The apartment was very cosy, spacious and had more natural light from the windows, than in other placed we stayed at in Sicily.
