When tired of the crowds at the beach, it was such a wonderful experience to find this hidden gem, on our way to Palermo. Loved the hotel, the exceptional clean facilities, pool, the exquisit food and not to mention the lovely staff. We only stayed one night, but could easily have stayed longer!

Beautiful little apartment. Very clean, good wifi, strong shower, comfy bed. Excellent and very quiet location yet close to historic centre. Private parking is a massive bonus. Santina is very friendly and helpful. She left us a generous welcome pack which was appreciated. Also excellent restaurant recommendation. Her whats spp instructions to reach the property were excellent. All very good 👍

The guest was incredibly nice, he brought us pastry and recommended an amazing restaurant. The apartment was beautiful and very clean. The bed and pillows super comfortable. We loved the shower. Also there were plenty of snacks in the room, all FREE of charge and FREE capsule coffee.

Excellent host - Valeria was so kind and helpful. We arrived in a storm and she assisted our arrival to the apartment. The apartment was spotless and our beds were made the next day! Lovely to have an extra shared sitting room. Very good heating ( radiators and air heater) that was needed on that stormy night. Great location. Luigi kindly recommended local restaurants.

The feeling when we stepped into Locanda Susuiusu... such a wonderful memory. Fabrizio, the owner, made us feel like home and it's such a pity we stood only for one night. The attention to the smallest details, the quality of all the ameneties in the room, the breakfast - everything made our visit a wonderful experience in the little town of Enna.

Enna has been called the "navel" of Sicily due to its...

Enna has been called the "navel" of Sicily due to its central location, and proximity to ancient sites, churches, Mount Etna, Ortigia and more. There are many beautiful and historic sites to walk around and through such as the Duomo di Enna, Castello di Lombardia, Rocca di Cerera, and of course the narrow streets off the main road. And a must to see is the Villa Roman del Casale with its stunning mosaics.

Enna is a nice town, but not the top location in Sicily that...

Enna is a nice town, but not the top location in Sicily that I had expected. A visit to the restaurant Tommy's Wine (don’t be misled by the name or the appearance of the establishment) is a true experience in Enna and definitely worth it

I went in October and it was quiet with not a whole to do...

I went in October and it was quiet with not a whole to do here. The restaurant I dined at was pleasant and food was good, the staff were really nice and local people were friendly. The town didn't suit me, especially in a place like Sicily where there are so many beautiful places to visit. Enna looks stunning from the highway perched high on a plateau and the streets are nice to walk. But it's not worth a night in my opinion.

From Lombardia's castle has panoramic view, Etna, Callascibetta, valley, Bassa Enna, old town. There is a supermarket near castle. Velvendere square is 10minutes from bus stop and 20min from bus station. At Vittorio Emanuele Square There is a restaurant Sciabbè with amazing view to valley and Calascibetta, its entrance is located in a narrow alley next to the sanctuary of the temple, that is opened from noon.

Enna is a beautiful and historic city, in a spectacular...

Enna is a beautiful and historic city, in a spectacular hilltop location with stunning views. We found it a very friendly town, with very few tourists in March. It can be very cold even then, when windy, so pack warm clothes. There are many lovely old buildings in the town, and it is a short drive to other places such as the fabulous Roman villa of Villa Romani Casale.

Nice area that’s a bit hard to reach. The owner offered to pick us up from the central bus station in Enna, Bassa for 10€ which turned out to be the best thing to do, walking up to the old town wasn’t a possible option!! Nicely equipped room that left no desired to be open, quiet area, the best views, shops are nearby, breakfast offered everything one needs. It was a great stay for 1 night and we even considered staying another night hadn’t the place been fully booked… recommendable!

This was a beautifully-clean, slightly old-fashioned, town centre hotel, run by a kindly and helpful couple. Bedroom facilities were fine; and a good buffet breakfast was served. Nearby parking. Facilities of the town were easily reached on foot.

We loved staying here - the rooms have lots of character and you can really appreciate the history of the town. The staff were very nice and let us keep our bikes indoors, as we were doing the Sicily Divise trail. We would stay here again

The host/owner was terrific. The rooms were spacious, contemporary and comfortable. The bathroom was the best in Sicily! The breakfast was great. We loved the unit and only wished we had stayed another day
