A lot of options on your breakfast. Every staffs I met during the stay were absolutely friendly and helpful. Fast response whenever i sent the messages which i am super appreciate. The Spa better needs to reserved in advanced (the maximum capacity is 8 guests in an hour).

The team was not only helpful but also knowledgeable, always providing sound information about wines, restaurants, and the city of Matera. The entire stay was a great experience, the hotel is exceptional and very unique. Really different experience - in a very good sense - from a "regular" hotel. Location great, many fine restaurants and bars within walking distance, relative easy walk to several great vies points in Matera. Breakfast was very good, not only the food but the atmosphere - piano playing in the backgraund.
