What We prefered was location of the house ! 10 minutes from Pisa, 15 minutes from Beach and Verragio, 20 minutes from Forte de Marmi. One hour from Firenze. House was Perfect ! Clean with all Equipment. Mario (the owner) is a five star person. You can park 2 cars in the house

Loved the staff, the aperitivos and snacks are great. The breakfast is ok - it does the job. The pool area is lovely. The location is good and some nice walks around but it’s very difficult to get home after dinner in Lucca, you either wait at a taxi rank which could take a while or get back for the last bus - Not ideal but I still enjoyed staying out of the centre. Edouardo made our stay special.

Beautiful and quiet location, with clean and spacious rooms. The staff were so lovely, always wanting to help. I even had luana, one of the staff, offer to drive me to the station when I had no other options available - a station that’s not close by either! They also have a restaurant on the first floor which is super handy. I couldn’t recommend this stay more.

We love Lucca.

We love Lucca. But travelling with a dog and the difficulty of overnight parking in a city this is a wonderful alternative. Massaciuccoli is a huge lake surrounded by vineyards and tiny villages and our wonderful hotel Le Rotunde. It's only 15 minutes to both Lucca and Viareggio so the best of all worlds. There are lots of restaurants and services in the area and to spend the day touristing and then return to the peace and quiet of the lake area is a joy. The food at Le Rotunde is amazing and we found it hard not to return to the hotel and dine in the quiet countryside then go for a walk around the lake with the dog.

This is a beautiful area, charming village and access to the lake was super easy...2 min. walk. The lake has an amazing boardwalk out onto the lake and you can see fish and birds surrounded by tall reeds. Fascinating!

Spacious rooms providing a nice balcony facing to the mountains. We had a dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious, price totally fair. Staff super kind and willing to help, they even allowed us to have a late checkout. The hotel offers a huge terrance with a swimming pool, tables and a trail to the park. Nearby a trail which brings visitors right in the middle of a bombastic wild oasi.

Perfectly located for a birdwatcher, literally one minute walk from the entrance to Oasi Lipu Massaciuccoli. The hotel itself was really nice, nothing to complain about. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
