Located in a beautiful spot on the lake - we had a a lake view room and the view was immaculate! The staff were also great - very friendly and helpful - thank you Carlotta and team! Lastly the pizza from the restaurant was delicious. Can’t recommend this place high enough!

The location was fantastic and there is a small bar up the road, some cool walks and a small shop and another bars up the mountain (following a few paths). We had a problem with the keys getting stuck in the lock one day, but the host was fantastic to get a locksmith out ASAP to sort it out. It didn't impact our stay as the lock that got stuck could still be closed and the property was secure. The views from the balcony and alfresco were to die for!!. The villa is very retro which was so cool! Having a place to park was a massive bonus as well.

An apartment in an original historic building in the old town of Nesso. Very charming. An interesting layout spread over several split levels. We really liked it, although it may be challenging for small children and elderly guests. Stylish and tastefully furnished. The bedroom has a small balcony directly above the waterfall, with a distant view of the lake — perfect for breakfast or an evening drink. Inside the apartment you can hear the pleasant sound of the waterfall. The apartment is well equipped; we lacked nothing. On the ground floor of the building there is a romantic spa with a whirlpool bathtub, sauna, and atmospheric lighting. Public parking is available after a short walk. Located in the upper part of Nesso, it requires an uphill walk on the way back — but that’s part of the charm of a Nesso

This apartment in Nesso is a true gem! First of all, I was absolutely enchanted by the beautiful, spacious garden overlooking the lake – the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The hanging chairs, swing, and large table created a wonderful space to relax outdoors. Inside, the apartment was also very comfortable and cozy, with a fully equipped kitchen that made us feel right at home. The whole place has a charming, warm Italian vibe – so welcoming and peaceful. An added bonus is the close proximity to the stone beach and the lovely little town of Nesso with its attractions. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene and atmospheric stay by Lake Como!

Big Thank you to the host Angela, who contacted me in advance with arrival and check-in information. The apartment is fairly new, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay (with a kid). A spacious terrace with stunning views. Quiet unless there is a rock band performing live at a bar on the other bank of the lake which we enjoyed too.

The terrace with the view was absolutely breathtaking. The garden area with the sunbeds was also lovely to chill with the nice weather. The apartment was so clean and Angela was lovely and helpful telling us about the nearest restaurants and shops available to us.

This apartment was immaculate…everything felt brand new! Stunning views over Lake Como from the balcony and a beautiful pool to cool down in!! We chose Nesso as it’s half way between Como & Bellagio but you would need a car and be a confident driver as the roads around the lake are very tight & windy and the driveway down to the apartment car park is extremely steep. Our host Angela was super efficient and gave us lots of information…even though she doesn’t speak much English…her Google translate skills were great and she was very responsive on WhatsApp.

Small Duplex apartment very well organized and equipped. Loved the attention to details. We slept really good and the host was amazing. There is a public parking not far from the structure. Easy and scenic walk to the lake. Bar and convenience store right vis a vis.

We liked the view of the lake from our balcony, but we were pretty much grounded there as the steps form our house and throughout the village were too steep for us. Elderly people are very limited as to what they can do in Nesso.

Nesso is a beautiful village with amazing views of the lake, waterfall and cute bridge adds that charm. Not alot of facilities but enough for a short trip. You would have to be quite fit to walk up and down the many steps!!

Nowhere to park really not easy and getting down to the famous bridge many steps- and back up - if you are fit and mobile ok. Need a car to get about. Parking in Como mostly not possible. Lecco better to park.

The location is fantastic, where we stayed was right by the water, the views when you wake is outstanding, this location has loads of steps to navigate to get from the top of Nesso town to the water and back again. Visit the Ponte della Civera bridge, turn your back to the lake and take in the views of the waterfall which you can actually swim up to. Getting around is easy but to save money, take the 35 bus from Nesso to Bellagio, its cheap but can get crowded, try the water ferry by Navigazione Laghi this can take you from Nesso to Como or Bellagio for about 6 euro each, the ferry is a great system, get yourself a timetable and don't miss the last ferry!!!. Hungry? check out Briisa de Ness, the food great and quite traditional, you can stay there too. Have fun and enjoy your trip, we did.

leave the car at the house, take the bus everywhere! also take the ferry to Bellagio and the bus to Como. you must have dinner at Osteria il Governo!! Our favorite meal! Take the bus from Nesso and it is a few stops up towards Belllagio. make a reservation.

I loved the view of the lake from our room.

I loved the view of the lake from our room. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the restaurant with delicious food. Getting up and down the lake wasn't too difficult except at the busy time when the bus was very crowded.

The location is magical, a short hike to restaurants, the most beautiful bridge Orrido di Nesso😍. Close to the boat ramp with connections throughout the lake. Our host Lucina felt like an old friend. She gave us access to the garden and all it had to offer including fresh fruits and vegetables. She made sure all of our questions were answered and even left us fresh fruit and cookies. We will certainly be back!

Everything was perfect- apartment was clean, spacious and stylish, there was food for dinner and breakfast. There was a terrace with lake view, garden with sunbeds. We were welcomed with drinks, also we got recommendations for what to see in Nesso. I would recommend this apartment and I hope to come back here again.

It is an absolutely must visit place if you like calm small cities, slow mornings with astonishing views, sunbathing on the rooftop pool and terrace. Be sure that greater views in lake Como are from the houses upper in the mountains so be ready to climb some steps :)

Lovely room, with balcony giving views across Lake Como, which is beautiful. Good restaurant and breakfast was good, too. More views across the lake. On street parking was managed by the hotel - make sure that you have a parking disc, much used in Italy.
