Everything is very good. The room is clean. The location is perfect, near Villa del Balbianello and near the lake. Breakfast was in the restaurant. The bartender is very friendly and helped with many questions.

Very nice hotel, were there at the end of August 2024, main reason why we choose it was pool with great view on lake, but when we arrived to hotel, we were supprised with location, beautiful garden and place itself. We felt like we were in our own Villa and not in a hotel, it was very cool to rest near pool. The hotel has its own underground parking, thanks to which the car did not heat up in the sun and the hotel area looked neater. Wonderful friendly staff, a beautiful room with its own entrance to the garden, where you could put up sunbeds and relax while admiring the beauty of the lake. In the morning there was a wonderful breakfast on the terrace of the main restaurant. Unfortunately, we were only in this hotel for one night, but we will remember it for the rest of our lives.

The hotel was great, located right next to the lake. As we went during the off season, a lot of places were closed so we mainly ate at the hotel. The food was delicious, the wine amazing and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was also well located to be able to go on hikes/walks around the villages and the lake.

The location is just a magic, rich of nature and calm. The villa itself is very charming and has a spirit and story. Is very well located so has the best view over a lake. I had a jacuzzi in my room, so this made my stay even more relaxing. Chilling in the tub and admiring splendid view over a lake on each time of a day. Something extraordinary.

A very nice boutique hotel with an excellent team and host. All of them were very nice and helpful and went the extra mile for us. The garden is amazing, so is the view and the food in the restaurant.

Stunning view from the room We booked and paid for room which said “garden view” but stayed in the room directly viewing the lake which was absolutely stunning and we had 2 balconies as this was corner room it was very comfortable and cute Lovely and welcoming receptionist They have private garage where you can park the car for a certain charge Location is perfect near by beautiful Parco Teresio Olivelli Few cafes and restaurants

Amazing location, great rooms, initially we stayed only for one day, but later we extended our stay for another 3 days. The rooms are clean, with a great view of the lake, quiet location, the staff was 10/10, helped us fix everything when there were problems, friendly, helpful, if we return to Lake Como we will definitely stay here again, we sincerely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Wonderful hotel! We truly enjoyed our stay — very cozy, family-like atmosphere and extremely friendly staff. We celebrated a birthday, and the hotel made a lovely gesture — they didn’t charge us for the champagne from the bar as a gift. That was very thoughtful and much appreciated. We would definitely come back!

Our stay at Albergo Silvio was incredible! From the very first moment, we were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who did everything possible to make us feel at home. The service deserves the highest praise. The staff was always ready to help and meet our needs. The reception desk was particularly impressive.

It's a well appointed, beautiful boutique hotel. Walking distance to the main town (but Jacopo the owner will be happy to drive you there). It has an unbeatable view of the lake and the breakfast is amazing, especially the scrambled eggs! I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Extraordinary Christmas decoration that is hard to match. The Team has put enormous efforts in the preparation of a uniquie Grinch Christmas decoration.

Very nice and cozy property. Excellent location right across the ferry station. Very happy and helpful staff, especially the reception and the housekeeping lady.

Friendly, Welcoming Atmosphere.... The Hidden Gem! Our stay at Hotel La Perla was truly exceptional. From Check-in to - to Check-out our stay was an Absolute Delight. The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful, delightful people. A great family run hotel, with the most pleasant Staff ever!!! They just couldn’t do enough to help you, and these attributes made our stay most Comfortable. The atmosphere was cordial and relaxed. Our room was clean with a fabulous view of the lake, with everything you could need. The dinning and surrounding areas were perfectly clean, and nicely decorated. Free parking was a plus. The hotel location is perfect, with a pleasant walk down to the lake, where you have easy access by ferry to visit Varenna, Menaggio, and Bellagio. Nice selection at breakfast, fresh and tasty. Thank you Hotel La Perla Team, for making our stay memeorable, we were very pleased with the service – and the Smiling Staff. We hope to see you again!

Hotel family owned. The hotel is a little gem in the east coast side of Lago di Como. The hotel owners, receptionist, waiters and workers are very nice and professionals. The restaurant is fantastic. The lake views from the rooms and the restaurant are breathtaking. Beds are good. Location is great.

The view was absolutely spectacular as was the guest services when it came to making arrangements for transportation, dinner, etc. Breakfast staff and breakfast were wonderful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
