We used some tips from the host and it was amazing. Palazzo Cimelli is perfectly located - town center but easily approachable by car or bike. Parking perfect, Bike garage in place as well. We loved the restaurant in the building (fast, delicious). The coffees around are opening at 6:30 which allows you long day out there - in the saddle of your bike or in the trail shoes.
