Everything! Beautiful surrounding. Perfect room, perfect service and staff. Excellent breakfast and the restaurant serve’s excellent food. Unfortunately too late in the year to enjoy the pools.

The location was brilliant, close to Siena. Also, our host Chiara was very warm and welcoming. She contacted us before we reached and asked us for our breakfast preference, check-in and check out time and was very friendly. She even gave us quite a few suggestions. The breakfast was sumptuous and fresh. It was very evident that Chiara was very passionate about whatever she was doing. She even showed us around her farms and did a little wine tasting for us at her property. Her husband has a horse stable also next door.

We loved everything about this property. Location was great, very comfortable, clean, staff was super polite. Although the structure was old they had managed to do an elevator, so it was quite helpful with the luggage. In the end of our stay they gifted us a bottle of wine from their own winery. We will definitely come back!

This is among the best accommodations I've been. A truly spectacular place to get some rest (and even work done if you are traveling for business). The place itself and surroundings are really beautiful. The breakfast is superb with a huge variety. The room that was offered to me was spacious with a view from the garden and the hills. As long as you are by car (or bike), then this is the perfect place - not too far from Siena.

The vegan breakfast options were awesome. The breakfast staff was very friendly and when I asked them about vegan croissants, they were very kind to offer me two really good hot vegan croissants with jam. And after that brought a plate with vegan cheese and vegan meat. Also, the desk staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. The hotel itself had a good vibe and it was spotless clean. Would definitely recommend!

Super nice boutique style hotel in the heart of old town of Siena. Rooms are nice; cosy; clean; comfortable bed. Breakfast was tasty with a lot of options and fresh. Staff was extremely nice, helpful and provide many useful infos such us where to eat; what to see. If you are traveling with car, best way is to park at parking Parcheggio San Francesco in Siena.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! We had the nicest room with a view over the courtyard. The hotel's two restaurants served the most delicious food and the most delicious wines. The pool area was outstanding. Lots of space for the many visitors from outside. The hotel always has sunbeds ready in the first row for overnight guests and we were able to sneak around the queue. Absolutely perfect. I would recommend this hotel to others at any time.

the most terrible experience of my life Briefly about the room - The beds are very hard, there is no kettle in the studio (when asked if there is one, the hotel answers evasively, in reality there is a capsule coffee maker). All the things in the room are very old. It is impossible to get through to the hotel by phone. We did not use the restaurants. Pros - beautiful well-kept territory, quiet, beautiful views.

large rooms, for the most part a quiet location. Clean facilities. We were not happy at first, but it grew on us and left really happy. We did not manage our expectations well, nor did we do adequate research beforehand, but I would recommend it as long as they weren't expecting hotel-like accommodations.

The location of the hotel in relation to Sienna was fabulous, close but also in the countryside. The pool was fabulous and clean and the rooms and hotel were spotlessly clean. Service was excellent and the staff were really nice.
