Everything!!!! Clean, new, beautiful, perfect!!! Best beds and pillows in hotel ever! We really felt like we are at home. 🥰 Large parking just in front of the house. Food was great. We needed 20 minutes to parking i Venice.

Leafy, romantic setting away from Venice yet near enough that you could go there for the afternoon / evening. The food at the Villa Franceschi was delicious and well-presented. Service top-notch throughout. I can highly recommend this place. The nearby village of Mira (only a short walk away) is charming too.

We got a very nice upgrade to a big suite. Super quiet hotel for a good night rest. The location is amazing next to the water and the staff was super super friendly. Breakfast buffet was not very big but all you need was there and good quality.

Lovely property on the outskirts of Venice with a pool to chill. The family were lovely and always on hand for any help & questions we had. A little further out from Venice than we thought but worth the bus journey for the private secluded facilities. Beautiful hotel and definitely worth a visit.
