The staff is very nice, the foods are very fine. Aircon is function correctly, every day changed the towel, very clean accomdation.

Nice balcony, clean and comfortable room, delicious buffet breakfast with freshly made coffee. Private small parking.

Super kind hotel team. Best breakfast in Sicily (You can order everything as you wish, including the ingredients of your smoothie) and the Spa has everything you need and great treatment around. There was even some whole wheat bread-ish croissant - which is actually not existing on that island. And it was one the lowest plastic places we have found (which is hard in Italy). Best healthy sleep included.

The hotel exceeded our expectations! Upon arrival in our car, it was a little tricky to navigate the narrow streets. We texted where we were on a map and they came to help with parking and hotel drop off - awesome! All staff were friendly and super accommodating. Beautiful hotel - like you are in a marble palace! Breakfast was excellent - tons of choices and wonderful service.Everything about the room was great! Modern while maintaining charm. Comfortable bed and cool shower lighting. View was awesome - right on the water! Close to everything: sites, restaurants, swimming! We had a wonderful time! Thank you for everything!

Very nice warm pool inside the hotel, good breakfast, comfortbale beds and pillow. Big green territory, nice citrus trees with limons as in garden. Outside pool was open, but we dont use it because of cold water in the april.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is perfect, everything was spotlessly clean, and the beach is stunning. The staff is truly first class – friendly and professional. We rented an apartment and got exactly what we expected. Highly recommended

The accommodation is located in the harbor, which has just been beautifully renovated. The view of the sea from the house is unparalleled! We loved the rooftop terrace! The apartment is beautifully renovated and clean! Right in front of the house, there’s a tiny sandy beach and a rocky beach, both just a few steps away! Street parking is free, but it’s hard to find a spot. Rikke was so helpful with everything and welcomed us very warmly! I highly recommend it! If you’re looking for a great place, this is the one to choose!

Everything ok, tasty breakfast

Very good location between 'Ortigia' - historical part of town and city center. Very good and nice staff. There wasn't problem with changing hour of our accommodation. We also had a room with higher standard with balcony in price.

Staff were brilliant, attentive, good eye for detail. Manuela was brilliant, loved the touches. Rose petals on the bed for valentines , turn down service. Fantastic roof terrace with amazing harbour views. Bottle of Prosecco on arrival!

We really enjoyed our stay at Coloniali Hotel, it was a home from home.. The bedroom was extremelly confortable, clean and spacious We could not faulted. The position was great been near to all the facilities.. bus coach few minuts away and ortigia island 5 minuts away. The staff receptionist and the lady who serves the breakfast I think is Paola were allways professional, freindly with a nice smile. Without doubt we highly recomended to stay at this hotel and we would go back.
