This wonderful hotel exceeded our expectations! We loved the room, the location, the breakfast and the staff. We spent time talking with the general manager, Ramon (sp?). He was terrific; friendly, courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. I also want to applaud Elena who was great to work with. We would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The city is close enough to Venice to get easily to the city and far away enough to avoid crowds. There is a bus that goes to Venice - every 30 / 60 minutes (the last one leaves Venice at 1 AM) There are some nice restaurants and walking areas. Beaches are long and wide. There are plenty of umbrellas available (I do not know the price per day).

Very nice beach for a family with children; with a number of playgrounds, shallow water, and wide sandy area to play around, well maintained and surrounded by city centre and amusement parks. Warm atmosphere of local people. Your children wouldn't get bored.

It is a beautiful place, if you have kids it has a lot of places to take them besides the beach, the lido is gorgeous and very picturesque. It has nice food and a lot of restaurants and bars, you can move around without a car (taxis are quite expensive but the buses cover everything), and you are right next to Chioggia and it is also reachable by bus.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location in walking distance to the beach, old town, restaurants. We did a day trip to Venice by boat and it was very convenient. The boat started not far from the hotel and brought us in 90 minutes directly to Venice and back in the evening. The hotel arranged a parking space for our car nearby for some extra costs. The hotel interiour is a little older but well mainted and clean. Overall, very good value for the price.

It is a pity that the Wi-Fi is not really reliable, but I just used the connection with my cell phone when needed. I also quite enjoyed the restaurant, I would only suggest adding to the menu a dish of the day with fresh products varying each day.

the room was small but modern and clean. the place is very close to the beach and the city centre. the owner sign. Giovanni was very lovely and kind and gave me a lot of suggestions! they even gave me a small gift as they support a local charity! very nice people and great location I will definitely go back next time I am in Sottomarina.
