10+ stars. Host David is, above all, an excellent host in every respect. The house is beautifully arranged, with plenty of space for larger groups of up to 12 people by my opinion. It might accommodate a couple more, but comfort would start to be compromised. The house itself is located in a small village, and if you’re looking for peace, quiet, and the sound of birdsong—without having to sleep in a tent—you’re in the right place. There’s a barbecue in the garden, as well as a hot tub for some extra relaxation. The nearest shop is about 3 km outside the village.

Everything was wonderful. The property, the view are beautiful and is so charming be close to a farm. Nice quite area to relax. We travel with a car so the location work for us. There is a reception and supermarket close by foot. There is AC in the room that was so good after days so hot. Balcony with amazing view. Lovely hosts they are super friendly.

    Great location, quiet environment, spacious, clean large room with good bed and with large terrace. Free parking. I booked this hotel at 11:00 pm after Booking suddenly canceled my previous place and owner Affittacamere Dormire Caldi waited for us until 11:59 pm until we arrived. This circumstance for me outweighs all shortcomings that can be found in the hotel.
