Nice place for one night stay. The area was clean and adequate for what we needed - staying for a night before visiting Venice. The host was very kind and we also received biscuits' presents from the area.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and comfortably accommodated six people. Communication with the host was excellent – he offered to arrange cleaning, change the bed linen and towels, brought us extra towels, and even allowed us to check out an hour later than planned. All of this made our stay very comfortable. We are truly grateful and highly recommend this place!

Spacious apartment. Very convenient location, just 10 minutes by car from the old town of Venice. It was clean. The owner told us where we could do our shopping. There was a supermarket nearby.

The room was very clean. The location is good, 3 mins walk to the bus station to Venice. Lidl across the street. Quiet zone. The staff was friendly. Helped us with bus tickets and even day passes at the same cost they were bought. The breakfast was normal, nothing special there.

The hotel was clean and cosy, we got everything we needed, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and provided us with all the necessary information about transportation to Venice and with a map of Mestre. They also let us use the toilet and to store our luggage in the hotel for the full day after we already checked out. It was a really nice experience and we definitely recommend it.

We were staying at the family suite. The beds are very comfy, the room was extra clean and we had plenty of space for 5 people. The facilities are all new and well maintained. The staff was very helpful. Access to Venice is from a 2 minutes walk bus station and we could purchase the tickets right at the hotel. We enjoyed our stay in Ai Pini hotel!

Very friendly and helpful hosts. They assisted us with a late check-in. The breakfast was tasty and quite substantial. Our flight that day was at 6:00 PM, while check-out was at 11:00 AM, but the hosts kindly allowed us to leave our bags in their storage room so we could walk around the city while waiting for our flight.
