I stayed here for 8 nights and had a wonderful stay. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and went above and beyond helping me replace a flat tire on my rental car when the rental company itself were incredibly unhelpful. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Having a microwave in the room is a useful addition that I was glad I had on a number of occasions. The location is also excellent, with shopping malls, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Irbid for either business or pleasure.
