Style. Designed by Akira Watanabe 2008 Setting. Calm and serene spot yet only one block from the beach and short walk to the port. With beautiful views of Fuji Explore. Boat rides. Fresh seafood restaurants and lively markets. Deep sea aquarium. Rooms. Only 8 rooms. Was in lovely corner unit upstairs. A sanctuary with indoors and outdoors space. Bathroom looks recently renovated and connects to the outdoor onsen on my deck @ the hotel. The hotel is quiet, intimate, and in a nice residential neighborhood. Woke up early to perfect weather and strolled along the coast. Beautiful gardens with pine trees that I fell in love with immediately. Spa with saunas, indoor outdoor cold and hot baths filled with Fuji mountain ground water. Meals served in the fabulous Meiji-era tea house with attentive service Food & drinks. Excellent Chinese Japanese Italian fusion. Delicious meal with local ingredients supervised by chef Hirofumi Saito from Ichirin Hanare Prices. $1161 half board including alcohol (week days much cheaper) Rating. 5/5 wonderful staff and experience.

The hotel is located right in front of the station. The room is bigger than average business hotels in Japan and was very clean. There was also a free breakfast that came with the plan and it tasted very authentic. I will stay there again if I go to the area.

Great little hotel! Short walk to Shinkansen train, JR Line and bus station to see the Mishima Skywalk. Nice staff. Comfortable room with the usual many amenities associated w/Japanese hotels. Free coffee in the lobby, free ice cream on the 12th floor. Many restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Didn't use it, but there is a 'Hot Spring Bath' on the 12th floor as well, looked relaxing.

The hotel has a very special location - you can see Mt Fuji right in front of your eyes the whole time. The view is huge and unobstructed from every angle. Only a small ocean scene is between you and the hotel. The staff were very kind. It was welcoming to young children. The Japanese kaiseki dinner was delicious. The hotel also has a very nice art collection and a lovely lounge gathering in the afternoon
