The room was very clean and in a great location near food shops. The only draw back is the room was very small, so if you are from the states and expecting leg room dont and do not bring a full size piece of luggage. But overall would recommend.

Friendly staff, free breakfast, convenient location

VERY GOOD HOTEL & SERVICE.THANK YOU.

Very accommodating and helpful staff!

The staff went beyond excellent. I can’t thank them enough

very clean and worthy. But it is very expensive on weekends

For the price I got a good room with a nice view.

This is my second time staying at the Sheraton and it was fantastic. I love the breakfast and the pool is quite nice too. It is very conveniently located to fantastic shopping and the train station. Everything you need is in walking distance. Room is lovely and beds are very comfortable.

Iron Bay exceptional cuisine with creative presentation Dedicated and motivated team, led by a passionate and experienced leader a great venue if you want to surprise or impress somebody

This hotel provides exceptional service in a first class environment and provides outstanding views of Yokohama waterfront both from your room and an attractive roof top lounge and well located for city attractions shops and train service - the place to stay in Yokohama and easy access for Tokyo and the airport

The view was amazing! And the location was super convenient.

Easy to go around and see the site visit.

The location was excellent, 3 minutes from train station

Very convenient location and next to the beginning of the Joinus underground arcade, to avoid rain or heat when going to the station, with an old-world charm. The breakfast location, overlooking a big Japanese garden, was stunning and the breakfast itself was very good too. They are happy to keep luggage, both before check in and after check out. Coffee and soup and ice are available at all times. They seem to go the extra mile in a few ways and the area has all conveniences, especially if you can walk 5-10 minutes.

Got the hotel for Christmas eve and the price was pretty decent for the holidays. The room was more spacious than I thought because we had a little hallway and a lot of space for the main room itself.

The price is super duper good with this type of room. The room has divided in parts that is convenient for guests up to 4 people to do their daily. You can easily reach out the convenient stores.

Room is spacious and there are a lot amenities.

Facilities and locations are great. There's a bathtub in the room
