Was conveniently located in Sasebo, but just of the main road which I preferred. Very close proximity to bus station, which is the quickest and most convenient was to get to / from Nagasaki airport.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful, and the staff was very friendly!

Hotel was clean and staff were kind, especially from the restaurant connected to it. The room was quite large and comfortable. It was at a very convenient location just in front of the shopping arcade and a short walk from the train station

This is a great hotel in the perfect location. It is right in between the train station and the bus station, so getting around town and to local attractions could not have been any easier. There is also a wonderful grocery store and drug store only steps away the staff was as friendly and helpful as they could be. I didn't spend a lot of time in my room, but every amenity I needed was provided. The room had a refrigerator and hot water kettle. The lobby has an ice machine, water, coffee 24 hours and terrific vending machines. Do not skip breakfast! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Amazing staff they were always willing to help foreigners even though it is a manless hotel. For the price you get an impressive sized room with a large TV, free WiFi and if you need your room cleaned just let someone know and they will let you know when there available to clean your room and provide additional towels.

Location and view which is inside huis ten bosch. The size and the vibe of the room is perfect. It feels as if I'm not in Japan.

The breakfast was excellent. All the staff at the Smile Hotel Sasebo was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. The bathroom was a nice treat. Thank you to the front desk for allowing me to use the iron and ironing board. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to visit Sasebo. Thank you making my stay a memorable one. I would like to become a member of your hotel rewards program.

Breakfast is great. I especially appreciate the male staff who help us check in, as it was after the check in time when we arrive but he had waited to assist our check in. Unfortunately, we had forgoten to ask for his name. Thank you.

It was absolutely beautiful. So clean! Loved the free shuttle service.

Located within Huis Ten Bosch, so nice that you can have one more day exploring the theme park for free. The view in the breakfast room is breathtaking. Staff were extra friendly and very helpful.

Rooms were big . Nice linens . View from the room beautiful. Very close to the park so you can just walk
