Breakfast is good. But location is a bit far from the station. Shuttle bus is convenient to/from the station, so it's not a problem except finding the dinner place near the hotel.

Staff was very engaged and positive

Comfortable place, large beds we could sleep very well. Place is functional and well run, by the limited staff around they are doing a good job.

Staff, very helpful and friendly. Pleasant to talk to. Room is good sized and comfortable. Free breakfast in the morning and there is good amount of food and selection. The eating space is also really good sized.

The hotel enjoys a prime location, situated only a 3-minute stroll from the east exit of JR Hikone Station. Its well-kept public bath provides a deeply soothing experience. An ideal option for travelers prioritizing comfort and accessibility.

Good location and open coffee place.

It was really close to station and a nice short walk to a castle and town too. It was clean, convenient, and had lovely, friendly, and helpful staff. There were a lot of cute souvenirs you could buy as well in the lobby. We only stayed one night so didn’t take advantage of all the things they offered but we were very happy with our stay. The rooms were bright and not too small :)

The room was clean and entirely adequate and comfortable for a solo traveler who is not high maintenance. The was an electric kettle for making tea and cups and a tea bag, a robe, slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo and soap, a towel and had towel and water glasses. There was also a tiny fridge (which I did not plug in). It was a short walk from the station and not too far from the castle. The optional breakfast was not extraordinary but met my needs and espresso in the morning was a nice touch. I came into town in the evening to see the castle and its surroundings the next day. The hotel was very close to a number of restaurants. So it very comfortably met my needs and was quite affordable too.

The staff were super helpful. I was biking around Biwako and for the information of other would-be cyclists, they will store your bike in a storage room so that it is safe. The baths are amazing especially for before and after a big ride around the lake! The hotel is situated in an amazing place with a perfect view of Hikone Castle, and easy walking distance to the JR station, restaurants, and other amenities.

Wonderful accommodation, with beautiful view from our balcony of Lake Biwa. Room is very spacious for Japanese standards. Staff was super helpful and helped me retrieve my dropped sock from the roof gutter. Loved the set dinner and breakfast spread was pretty good. Definitely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.
