It is so close to the station. Nice and clean rooms. And the thing I like the most is the owner is so polite and very helpful and guided you everything with very polite and calm. I will think about revisiting it again in the near future.

The owner was so nice and showed me around when I first got there, even though I checked in super late at night he made sure I got to know where everything was. He also brought me to and from the port, where I could head to the cat island. Beside the hotel there was even a cat room where I was able to play with the cats in my downtime

Wow, the name says it all, this is a great value. I didn't expect much after reading some of the reviews but I would gladly stay with this brand again based on this place. Staff were super cheerful, welcoming, and helpful. Room was cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of options that were kept fresh through to the end of service. The place is showing some wear in a few places, but was otherwise spotlessly clean.

Beautifully modern, clean and warm hotel. (We visited Furukawa in mid-winter.) A cosy room with a small but lovely bathroom with an excellent shower. Comfortable beds. Nice big TV.

The staff. They are all very polite. The facilities, rooms are clean and functional, no elevator traffic. Bathroom amenities complete and the shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash/ body foam smells really nice!

I will only stay at ryokans because of this place. The staff was friendly and inviting. The rooms were spacious, comfy, and cool. The bathroom facilities were clean and tidy. The location was extremely convenient.
