An almost brand new hotel with a glamorous Gatsby feel to it. It’s sort of part of the train station and Saitama super arena and there’s a great shopping mall close by too. Clean and very comfortable beds and room. If you book well in advance you can secure it very cheaply

The breakfast package is good. If APA can consider separating a special package for halal meat and chicken food, I would really appreciate the kindness as a muslim customer.

Close to train station convenient, really quiet and comfortable Hotel team member were professional

The provided breakfast was phenomenal. They also had take away containers which allowed you to possibly take a small pack lunch. Due to their variety of options, you could have two different meals just from the selection.

We’re not into “Indian Food”. We have to go out for “Breakfast.. we don’t like the smell of the restaurant.

The staffs are very helpful and supportive.

Friendly staff and considerate staff

Stayed at the hotel before taking the Shinkansen- so the location is perfect for this purpose but it is far from main attractions in Tokyo. We also enjoyed a nearby park with great cherry blossom. The room was clean, modern. Enough space. Many toiletries were provided including face cleanser and lotion etc. There are self service lockers if you want to travel luggage free before/after check in/out

I could see the cherry blossom. That was special.

Friendly staff, helpful staff Food was good It was clean Had washer and dryer Free wifi

Really friendly and helpful staff, plus close to Urawa Station

So so clean and nice and comfortable. Staff were great at check in.

Very nice staff, very helpful for example when filling a takkyubin form. Room was very nice and large enough. A large choice of amenities useful for your trip.

Location (near to the Saitama Arena)

Very nice staffs. Room is very comfy and modern. Breakfast is good. Good location. Unlimited beverage.

Very cheap and in a cool (if seedy) part of Omiya. Right next to station!

front desk services were excellent and greetings were very pleasant. Meal servers were very attentive and cleanliness were thru out.

The hotel has an excellent location near Omiya Station. The room was clean and there was a washing machine and dryer on almost every floor. I stayed on the fifth floor which also had different vending machines for beverages and snacks. It was also nice that there were three 7eleven stores within a 2 minute walking distance from the hotel. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, even though not all spoke English. After checking out I was also able to leave my luggage at the hotel for 90 minutes, so I could run some last errands before moving to my hotel next to Narita Airport.

Everything. This place was awesome
