My husband left one of his polo shirts. He didn’t realize that he left it at the hotel but was aware it was missing. It was a very pleasant surprise When we received the shirt in a box. We were traveling so we used my mom’s phone number and they made the arrangements to return it to us. It really was a pure kindness and service beyond our expectations.

I loved the large space, the provided robes, the fact there was both a rain shower, a big two person tub, and handheld showers for both. All toiletries are pretty much provided as well. There's also a 24 hour convenience store right down stairs and breakfast every morning. The staff were also very helpful. Proximity to public and intercity transit was unbeatable.

It's a lovely little hotel that overlooks Yongji Lake/Pond, and it's quite accessible to everything including Lotte Department Store and various restaurants and cafes. The room was big enough with a working space that I needed. The bathroom was clean with a great shower. I appreciated that although I was a solo traveler, I was still given two keys. It's also nice to be able to charge devices while you're out of the hotel. Also, they were kind enough to let my friend who lives in the area park his car in their basement garage even though he wasn't a guest. I definitely recommend staying here.
