I stayed with my family in 2 superior rooms. The overall experience was great. The staff were very friendly.The breakfast was delicious.

The hydro pool (which is offered with the room) is a highlight for relaxing and is open from 8 am until 9 pm every day. The breakfast has fresh made manakich by the hotel's resto. The room is very spacious, has a very comfortable bed and offers spectacular panoramic view of Beirut.

The staffers are all friendly, the residents are living all as a friendly community, literally you make friends on arrival! There is a nice small market, good pub with great bar tenders and other stores and activities. Saad (the owner) has a welcoming smile and friendly spirit you can sense it around.

The hotel is located in a calm area and close to the main highway for Beqaa. Rooms are spacious and staff are helpful.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly and attentive, the hotel was spotless, and the food was excellent, the cleanliness was impeccable. The location was perfect. We particularly appreciated the generous upgrade from a standard room to a beautiful loft apartment with a private jacuzzi and sauna for our wedding anniversary celebration. This thoughtful gesture made our stay extra special, created wonderful memories, and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!
