The brand new hotel is about 50 meters from the main road and about eight minutes by tuk-tuk from the lake. I was warmly welcomed with a cold towel and a drink. The room was small and chic the bed large and comfortable, the bathroom, very large with good water pressure and very modern . The hotel restaurant is not yet open. My room was on the corner facing the street and was a bit noisy, especially later in the evening and early in the morning. Noises and door slamming from the hallway are unfortunately transmitted very well into the room. The windows don't seem to offer any noise protection either. but i had Oropax!!! That's a bit of a shame. Nevertheless, I give the hotel full marks, I felt very comfortable, slept well and was looked after very nicely. Many thanks to all the staff

By far the best stay we ever had in Sri Lanka! First of all the accomandation is so luxorious. The whole vibe of the rooms is so nice, starting from the shower (which has warm water!) to the XL bed with AC and a lovely tea/coffee station in the room. Waking up to the sunshine was the best. We enjoyed sitting outside and listening to the wildlife. The pool was so clean and the staff was so friendly. He always helped us with organising and made delicious breakfast and lunch!

I had an incredible experience staying here. The host and his family were absolutely amazing—so warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious Sri Lankan food they served. Each meal was a delightful culinary journey, full of authentic flavors and prepared with so much care. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, making my stay even more enjoyable. I stayed here for 2 nights. I liked everything about the time I stayed at Smile Hub Kandy. The room I stayed in had a fantastic view.. Very clean and spacious. Bathroom was very clean and It had hot water. Also all of the facilities in Smile Hub Kandy were in perfect condition. Everything you might need is like 2 minutes away down the street and the guesthouse is at reasonable walking distance from the popular attractions in Kandy. The best thing about Smile Hub Kandy is Yamada-san. Him being so welcoming, friendly and helpful made me so comfortable that It felt like home. Whenever I visit Sri lanka again, Smile Hub Kandy is definitely going to be on my list!

The location was perfect! Close to town but on a beautiful quiet road with incredible views! Very spacious rooms and very clean! Had the most amazing hosts that helped us with anything we needed and showed us around town! They cooked us incredible meals and welcomed us into their amazing home! Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The owners are a sweet couple who take pride in providing the extra comforts of home. The tuktuk service they provide is convenient. Highly recommend using for the trip to Ambuluwawa Tower!!! The location is away from the busy streets so it was quiet at night.
