Located on a beautiful plantation. The hospitality here was wonderful. We ate traditional Sri Lankan food in the family home & the owner was really friendly & welcoming. He told us all about the history of the plantation & even dropped us back into town the next morning to continue our hike on the Pekoe Trail. The hot water here is solar powered - just something to be aware of. For us it wasn't an issue - the owner boiled us some water for washing, which we were happy with.

My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and offered a welcoming atmosphere. The room was comfortable and thoughtfully prepared, and the staff were professional and courteous. I would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this new villa! The property is extremely clean and well-maintained, with a peaceful and beautifully landscaped surrounding that made our stay even more relaxing. One of the highlights was the spacious rooftop – perfect for a BBQ with friends or family while enjoying the view. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet getaway in a beautiful setting!

Liked · We loved our stay here. The house is very cute and it is easy to get to Ella or the local falls and hikes. Lal is always available on property for whatever you need, day or night. As two women traveling alone, we felt really comfortable with him- we even joked about him being like our dad. He is very sweet and always made sure we were taken care of whether it was for breakfast or laundry needs, etc. The breakfast was great and it’s easy to coordinate. WiFi is good. Coordinating with the hosts was easy as they were communicative throughout our stay. We would happily stay here any time we visit the area.
