The owners and staff were some of the most friendly and helpful people we have ever met at a hotel. They were right on top of everything and were incredibly kind. They were sweet and caring to our little puppy even though she was a naughty pup due to her age and this being her first time out. They even have two cute pups of their own. So if you’re a dog owner they love dogs and allow you to bring them freely for no extra charge. Big plus! The location is amazing. Still close to everything in town but still feels secluded in the pine trees. The food is incredible. True authentic Shan. Stay here if you come to Kalaw and want budget prices for a comfortable and clean stay. I want to say more but just come and have fun for yourselves! Thanks for the amazing stay. We will be back again.
