Staff are so friendly helpful and so much hospitable, early checkin and late checkout, available tea coffee and water all the time in reception areas which is travelers really aspected. The staff was friendly and solution-oriented. The hotel was clean. The room had everything you needed. Most importantly, the room was spotlessly clean and smelled nice. Especially Shohel and Onik, who took care of us. Thank you very much. If I come again, I will stay here.

Everything was fine, bikini beach is in 5 minutes from hotel, very good host and personnel, cheerful and helpful all the time. Excursions are available as well. We went to see sharks and for snorkeling. Highly recommended!

I stayed only one night, but I loved String Waves. They arrange my passage from the airport ahead of time, helped me with the luggage, gave me a great welcome, and made sure they could accommodate some breakfast even if I left earlier than breakfast time. The room was very spacious and had all I needed, including AC. It was quiet at night and very clean. I wish I could have stayed longer :)

Steps from the beach. …and what a beautiful beach!!! Don’t even bring your flip flops, just leave them at the hotel. Breakfast was nice. Fantastic host. Extended check out for very cheap.

I tried 3 hotels in mafushi and this hotel was the best one. This hotel is 3 floors and 7 rooms (cozy hotel) Very clean, decoration is amazing, staff is verrry kind and helpful, and proce is very affordable. They care about small details.

I loved my stay at Sun Shine View Hotel, I stayed there for a week and it felt like home, Mr. Shafeeq and his family are so friendly and helpful, He picked me up from the harbor and was so kind as he helped me with everything i needed during my stay and he drove me back to the harbor the day i left and made sure that i'm onboard, the room is super clean and cozy with a balcony that have a nice partial view of the sea, the AC and wifi worked very good, the bathroom and shower was very good, the breakfast was very delicious, I highly recommend their hotel, Its located in the center of the island which makes It easy to reach beaches and restaurants, definitely gonna stay there again if I had the chance to visit Maafushi again.

    Vide, what a great host. He went with us for an evening shark's feeding. On the way he told us many interesting things about Maldives and showed his pictures of diving. Simply beautiful. We had a boat at 4:15 p.m. and Vide let us keep the room till that time, free of charge.Thanks again. Also many thanks and regards to Tamara and Amey. We had the best view from top room.

    The location is just perfect! Could not be better. The entrance to i believe the only beach on the island is literally through this hotel. Very neat! The staff are very assisting, though we had some language barrier. Just because of tourists locals and staff must not learn their foreign language, hence the humanity language is the only and right language and we were very happy to stay here for 5 days before we moved to our next island.

    Perfect location, just on the bikini beach. Umbrella and sunbeds free of charge. Excellent restaurant with delicious local dishes in reasonable price. Widyaulan is a great host supported us during our stay on the island. Highly recommend!!
