This accommodation was absolutely fantastic! From the very beginning, Esther warmly welcomed us, provided all the information we needed, and proactively took care of everything. The property is stunning and impeccably maintained, with beautiful rooms, warm shower water, a pool, hammocks, bean bags, and more. The breakfast was delicious and always more than enough. We highly recommend having a car, as it makes exploring the surrounding area much easier. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay, and we would recommend it to anyone. We’d love to come back ourselves! It’s the perfect choice for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Tulum and truly enjoy a relaxing vacation.

Design of the rooms and the buildings, they remind you of a real Mexican hacienda. Moreover, the incredible natural landscape which surrounds the property: the hydroponic jungle and the beautiful cenotes and lagoons. The staff is very generous and attentive to your needs and preferences (special thanks to José at the restaurant). Furthermore, we advise to undertake the tons of complimentary activities organised by Gonzalo, who is very passionate about his job. The cleaning service was excellent: always refilling water, dried fruit and coffee. The hacienda is huge but they offer complimentary bikes and paddle boards to explore both ground and water landscapes. A part from the natural “pools”, there are pools in every corner of the property supplied with dry towels, sun lotions, fresh water and coffee machines at your disposal. The food is very good and the prices are reasonable. The place is so big that never feels crowded, but on the contrary, you are always in contact with nature and iguanas! We recommend the temazcal (very authentic) and the underground river experience. I will certainly come back!

What can we say about this stunning hotel?! By far one of the best we have stayed at. The architecture, style, the food (possibly the best hotel restaurant we’ve ever eaten at), the pool, the beach, the spa…everything was pretty much perfect. We had quite a windy day during our stay, which resulted in quite a few mosquitos in the bathroom - hotel services were incredibly quick to come to the room and remove these for us. The bay itself is so picturesque and serene - being a bay, the waves never get too rough, which is perfect for the activities that come as part of the price. All of the staff went consistently above and beyond and little extras like providing a packed breakfast/lunch whilst we were out on early excursions were lovely touches. Amazing, amazing hotel.

Tranquil beach resort with hardworking and friendly and attentive staff. The staff at reception super helpful. Maria at one point dealt with a little emergency decisively and swiftly. Breakfasts were excellent. The inclusive meal packages are worth considering. U do not book these through booking.com though. There are 3 small swimming pools. Loved there were snorkels to use. Tennis court is useable .

I loved absolutely everything, every single detail in the property. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. This place is so personal, so unique and you just feel love overthere. All the people who work there are amazing, with great heart and I felt like at home overthere with my family. The food was so delicious, they were able to meet all my dietary requirements.
