There is so much to do at the property! You could stay here for a week and still have more to do. There are cenotes, guided tours, multiple pools and lounge areas. Beautiful and spacious rooms, amazing restaurant with delicious food and cocktails.

Tranquil beach resort with hardworking and friendly and attentive staff. The staff at reception super helpful. Maria at one point dealt with a little emergency decisively and swiftly. Breakfasts were excellent. The inclusive meal packages are worth considering. U do not book these through booking.com though. There are 3 small swimming pools. Loved there were snorkels to use. Tennis court is useable .

This was the highlight of our trip. The atmosphere is amazing, it is an oasis in the middle of the jungle. So quiet and peaceful yet very comfortable. Beautiful nature all around. Two pools, one in the sun and one in the shade. Also a free Mayan sauna. We had the villa which was amazingly decorated, water pressure very good. We received welcome drinks when arrived. You will have to eat at the hotels restaurant but it is very very good! Prizes are fair for the good quality and amount of food. Morning yoga so fun! And most importantly - the staff were absolutely fantastic and we felt so welcome and well taken care of. Iguana’s are btw a part of the crew. There is cenotes in the area you can walk to.

The entire staff was wonderful. They are very professional and hardworking, and they all genuinely seem invested in making sure the guests have a positive experience. Oscar, Janet, Alfredo, Miguel, and others shared countless helpful tips on places to visit in the area— and they were patient with us practicing our Spanish. The upstairs restaurant had excellent ambience. One night we sat downstairs at the bar, where you can watch food being prepared. We were also very happy that this hotel’s location was more remote than the other parts of Tulum we saw.
