Their concierge style approach helped us to maximize our stay by assisting us with booking everything from excursions to dinner reservations and informing us on things that we otherwise would not have known about. Their attention to detail shines around every corner of this tropical paradise and with every delicious meal, cocktail, and every smile! In fact we cancelled a dinner reservation because we just didn't want to leave Mantaray. Their stunningly beautiful setting made this a trip that we will never forget! We will be back soon, and we're telling all of our friends.

The location in the forest was perfect, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the food and drinks were amazing, near to a couple of awesome cenotes. Staff 10/10 Facilities 10/10 Location 10/10 - based on the fact that we were searching for something remote. Amazing pools The road is a bit rough to the location but manageable, when we left they were amending it. (that;s how the roads are even when you want to go to the beaches from the main road). And the staff is just amazing.

Everything! Hands down the best value for money I've ever gotten from a hotel! The zip line and kayaking was such a bonus, and the cenotes were all beautiful. The staff were amazing, the room was clean and comfortable.
