What an amazing adventure. If you are planning a trip to Cerocahui, I'd highly recommend staying at Hotel Paraiso del Oso. Hugo, met my wife and I at the train station on our arrival. The location is unbelievable. Giant ancient stone pillars surround the hotel. Hugo also acted as our personal guide for two days. The first day we visited the small village of Cerocahui and toured the mission built in the 1600's. The next day Hugo took us over the high mountain pass (Unbelievable views) and down to the village of Urique. Very comfortable family owned and operated intimate hotel with a restaurant, very nicely located on the town square. The owners were very welcoming and we felt like family. It helped me that the father speaks very good English. They also arranged multiple tours for us. Highly recommend.

Secured motorcycle parking. Pool was refreshing. Restaurants near by. Room was large. Manager/Owner was helpful and knowledgeable about motorcycle routes to Batopilas.
