Everything from the location, the beautiful sights, the accommodation, the wonderful staff, especially Monique, and great restaurant. The hotel is a bit distant from the center which made it a perfectly calm staying. Also the WiFi is perfect wherever you are in the property.

breakfast was good on both the days. there's always scrambled eggs, cheese slices, sliced luncheon meat (deli), oj, coffee, fruit bowl, bread, jam, butter, amazing corn bread, muesli, yogurt and a toaster to toast ur bread. the views are special here and the waters are perfect throughout the day and early night too. not deep at all so safe for everyone. This place is family-owned, is kept clean, and has a nice-sized swimming pool. Super friendly people are always ready to help you, we had pizza delivered to our room, and we didn't wait long, we definitely will visit again.

It’s a bit at the end of the Lagune, a which means you’ll have to bike to the Center, which is only a five minute bike ride away. Feels like a little quiet piece of heaven down there!

Just stunning - an absolute gem just on the outskirts of Bacalar town. Gorgeous place, attentive staff, a haven for relaxation. Be sure to be driving / take a taxi if you want to go to town, however not problematic at all. Room service has no surcharge, which really encourages you to use it - and the dishes are delicious. Picturesque.

I had an amazing time at this property! The rooms were spacious and provided a great view of the lagoon. The balcony was amazing with a private pool and hammock. I enjoyed the restaurant and sun beds as well. The location of the hotel is great and very close to the town. The hotel staff was so kind and they helped us call taxi's to and from the property when we would head to town. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone going to Bacalar!
