Small boutique hotel with friendly staff and lovely rooms. The restaurant is a ten minute drive from the town, and therefore very quit and a serene place to relax. They have a great overflow pool overlooking the lake as well as a pier with relax chairs, hammocks and great views. Paddle out on the lake and experience the quietness of nature. Super! Highly recommended. Perfect for a few days of reading and chilling.

It was so close to the water, you could go for a swim any time in shallow, clear water. There is only 10 rooms, so it’s never crowded. The staff were amazing - so friendly, helpful and kind. Jess the manager was so attentive and spoke great English, and the receptionists were very helpful. The restaurant food is absolutely delicious, the chef is very talented.

Set in Bacalar, Beryllos Bacalar has a garden. There is a year-round outdoor pool and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking.

This place is family-owned, is kept clean, and has a nice-sized swimming pool. Super friendly people are always ready to help you, we had pizza delivered to our room, and we didn't wait long, we definitely will visit again.

The hotel was kind enough to give us a free upgrade. The staff was super friendly. The rooms are probably the most comfy we had in Mexico. Air conditioning was quiet and perfect.

We loved the feeling of: "comfortable at home" which Blue Palm Bacalar provided my wife and me. The facilities (room, pool, hamacas, etc) were made with love and the team was very nice suggesting ideas and advices about the best options in Bacalar and surroundings. The bikes (for free) were one of the highlights because with them it was a lot of fun to reach the cenotes at the other side of the lagoon. Everything involving Blue Palm Bacalar was just perfect.
