It was a wonderful stay and I recommend this place.

Everything about this property was Simply perfect! What surprise us the most was the quality of the food and the chef! His name is Martin and he managed to surprise us as with delicious food every day. We have previously stayed 5 nights in Tulum (Hotel area) and tried several fancy restaurants and still the food at Pepem was the most outstanding! We stayed at the suit entitled Pepem. The room is extremely spacious, the facilities were very clean, and the views of the jungle were breathtaking! There are glass walls facing the jungle. This gives you the sensation of space while you are still in a very private environment.We visited this place in April 2022 and the weather outside was rather warm. This is an Eco Hotel it does not have AC. However during the night it was very comfortable as we had two fans that we could use. Theere is also very beautiful mosquito cover. That we use during the night. However we did not have any big issues with mosquitoes is there were not so many. During the day we called off in the very beautiful swimming pool which was private. If you do wish to visit the Cenote we recommend asking the reception for a private tour with Manuel Leon. He was amazing! He showed us private Cenotes and we were able to swim in places without any other people. The price for a private tour is the same as the price to enter one of the big cenotes with a larger group. The bigger Cenotes are also beautiful but they are very crowded! We Will definitely come back to this amazing place!

Fantastic boutique hotel hideaway in the jungle. We had such a good time here. Everything was done with style. We spent hours in the pool and on the swings, just enjoying the stylish territory and the weather. The staff made us feel so cared for: especially Alex from Argentina who has excellent English, and makes exceptional cocktails (including non-alcoholic ones), Pablo at reception who took great care of us, the cleaners who always did a fantastic job, and Rojas the Chef who made sure every single meal was worth writing home about. You HAVE to try the shrimp tacos and the burgers. This place is a hidden gem.

Unpaved road to get there but its simple and easy. Lovely condo, very clean and has everything you could need. Host is very helpful and respond very fast.

Beautiful and serine property away from the hustle of Tulum but close enough to explore all of the sights. Very well cared for and thoughtfully designed spaces. Amazing food! Pepe and Caro were wonderful hosts. Caro is a masseuse and I highly recommend booking a hour with her!
