Breakfast was excellent and the staff met our expectations

We loved the space and well trained staff of the hotel. The building has history and facilities are excellent. We really enjoyed its tennis court, spacious green area and convenient location in the city of Patzucuaro. We would love to come back for the famous Day of the Dead in November. We had our dog with us and tge hotel was so accommodating. We saw few other dogs other than ours.

Great location and friendly staff

This property was adequate and the location was fine. It was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful plants and flowers, inviting outdoor seating, very friendly and welcoming staff, quiet and a great location.

The hotel has a spectacular view. The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff was really helpful. The cleanliness was superb. Love it. For the price is very good.

Convenient location next to the Basilica for easy parking and walking to the main centro areas. Quiet, clean and secure with a nice courtyard to relax. Good value for the money.

The place is beautiful but what makes it an incredible experience are the people. Gonzalo was there to help us with whatever we needed. Osvaldo, the chef, cooked amazing food for us at whatever time we wanted it. The continental breakfast is not the typical continental breakfast. Osvaldo made a fresh blueberry cheesecake. And fresh fruit and yogurt and granola with delicious green juice. The room was spacious and super comfortable. Wonderful hot water with water pressure. This place is definitely 5 stars.

This Hotel was very close to the plaza, mercado, historical churches and restaurants.

Great stay! The room was clean, everything worked well, and the staff was friendly. No issues at all would definitely stay again.

This is a magnificent hacienda style hotel in the middle of Pátzcuaro. Elegant and well appointed. A jewel in the midst of this historical city.

The hotel was excellent and the staff were super friendly.

Staff were amazing. Went above and beyond to make our stay more memorable.

The location was outstanding. The hotel is beautiful. The restaurant in the hotel was recommended by locals we talked to and it was great.

There are are only 6 rooms for rent in the beautiful old hacienda. I try to stay here whenever I am in Patzcuaro. Located just a block from the cathedral, there is always an artisan's market to explore. Shops and small restaurants line the way to the main plaza. Each room has a sitting area with a fireplace for extra cozy evenings. A perfect getaway.

Bastante agradable y bien ubicado el lugar. EL personal siempre atento y nos ayudaron a almacenar una medicina en refrigerador.

This was the quietest place I have ever stayed in Mexico. Peaceful , the beds and quilts were wonderful , hot water , and there was a table outside to make tea and coffee. Staff were great and helpful. I would come here again.

Excellent location with the central market right outside the door, wonderful courtyard where we sat daily with friends, short walk to the plaza…

Basic - clean —secure - comfortable - comfortable beds - HOT Water - GREAT Staff
