The friendly staff. Although would have enjoyed a welcome drink when we were at the lobby. Would have being nice. Mr. Evan and Mr. Eddy and Faizal at the pool also were great. They treated us with respect and care. And also at the spa, Mr Earron and Mas and Alice. Superb. Hotel was so nice . Loved the pool and bar and ambience and so much more. We will be back again.
