My third time staying here. The first was during the "soft-opening" and even then everything was already great. And now that it has 7/11 on premise and only less than 100 steps to enter the mall I couldn't possibly think of any other hotel in Klang to be staying from now on! Although the Esplanade Mall's Retail Space isn't full yet and I hope the next time I come to stay at KSL Esplanade Hotel it would even give better overall value!

Exceptional service by a professional staff. The room was big, comfortable, clean with good shower. WIFI was great for all 10 day stay. The breakfast was great with many choices. Restaurant also good, try mushroom soup.

The reception was very nice and helpful. The location is nearby to AEON & GM Klang malls. Room size was ok. The bathroom was quite spacious and very clean. Room service was also good.

    The food if you the right place to go to.

    The food if you the right place to go to. If you like Bak Kut Teh, there are a couple of shops which are good in P.Klang and Bukit Tinggi area. Lots of cafes. Traffic jams are daily affair and if you plan your time you may avoid the long jam. Explore the jetties & Crab Island if you have the time. Seafood is really fresh.

    Klang is a good place to immerse in culture because of the heritage buildings and towns - Chinatown, Indian street, Malay plots - all in one! Good food is abundance and the people are friendly - despite many stereotyping Klang as a gangsta land :)
