I was honestly surprised by how good this hotel was for the price. The whole place is beautifully designed and extremely clean, from the rooms to the common areas. Our room was also much more spacious than expected. A lot of thought has clearly gone into the smaller details, including wheelchair accessibility and making the hotel comfortable for everyone. The staff were professional and attentive throughout our stay. The location was another plus, with a lively riverside area just across from the hotel filled with shops and plenty of places to eat. Definitely my first choice whenever I am in Melaka

Excellent location in the heart of Malacca

Nice staff especially friendly doorman who always greated us with a smile and kindly opened door for us. We stayes two night and when we retuened room was cleaned that we did not expect.

It is in close proximity to a lot of eateries and shops, and the church. The hotel is a no frills hotel with the basic amenities for someone who enjoys the day time outside and coming back for a good sleep at night. The room is bigger than most hotels, the furniture and beds are seasoned but comfortable.

All of it, hotel room, staffs- friendly, helpful , the environment. The amenities are very good. Only thing there is NO lift. If there's a lift most likely a lot of people with disabilities will come. But both my husband and 91 yr old mom need wheelchairs - we were given level 1 . It's helpful. Thank you
